Eddie Breeden asked us to remind everyone to use Hunter's customer service email address when sending email to them. Sounds like some of us have gotten into the habit of contacting specific customer service guys by their individual addresses. This is less efficient than using the department address. Why do they hide this so well?

Why does Hunter hide the contact information so well on their web site? Last time I tried to find it, it was impossible. If they want us to use a particular address, then make it easy to find and use.Not a blast on you, Phil. Just some frustration with Hunter.Steve

I have to agree

It is pretty well buried, but I'm guessing that's more a reflection on their web site designer than corp policy. I do know the site is undergoing some changes, maybe that's one of them. FYI... we added their address to our own contact screen so for a quick click just hit our contact info at the bottom of the home page.
