Look at your situation this way...
You bought a hull, deck and rigging.
Now you've got a blank canvas to furnish/outfit any way you want, BUT
Start with a "this'll do for now" approach.
Find out, for example, how much and what kind of cooking you will be doing long term.
A camp stove (there are many) will work for an initial season and won't cost much.
In the broader scheme of things, do a lot of that on every system.
And, don't buy anything except the basics like hoses, wire, terminals, valves, etc
until you are ready to install them. The warranty starts when you buy an item and specs, recalls, and replacement parts sometimes go away.
Just my 2 cents.
