Hunter Factory Support: Credit where it is due!

I have had such good product support time after time from the Hunter Factory that I just had to write to this forum to applaud both Eddie Breedon (customer service), and Mike Thomas (parts). They consistently have both patiently listened to my various questions, worked to find the answers, and have responded with the highest level of care and professionality in providing factory support of my 35.5 and now my 40.5 Hunters. Their prompt, polite responses, in the form of both advice and parts have made ownership of a Hunter much more satisfying. Problems occur in any product. These Hunter representatives have gone beyond just doing their job. They make Hunter ownership better, easier, and more satisfying! Eddie and Mike, Thanks for your consistent help! I'm new to Hunter ownership, but Mike Thomas in parts has been great to help me with my questions and get me the parts I need quickly. They have a refreshing customer service attitude . . .

I had a problem with the dealer that I purchased my H26 from. It is too involved to get into here but Hunter and all the mentioned people plus Jim Bohart were just great. They really stand by their product. They make owning a Hunter a pleasure. When I move up, you can be sure it will be another Hunter.

Hunter was of great help when I needed to have a replacement engine hatch cover made and they contacted me directly on a question posed here on this site. Great customer service that I wish I could get from every company that I deal with. Regards. Bruce. Neon Moon

DITTO,DITTO!

Both Hunter, and a very fine dealer, H&S, have supported both our 42 and now our 45. A few minor gripes, and a couple of larger problems on both boats, but between the Hunter factory, and H&S, the problems found satisfactory, and quick, solutions. I guess I am a "Happy Floating Camper"!
