We have an extended warranty for our Hunter 36 which is suppose to be valid until January of 2011. We have used it on several occasions and have had no problems. We would just call the toll free number on the contract and make the arrangements for the covered repair. This week when I called the number, no one answered the phone and there was no voice mail etc. I have been told that the company has been merged/sold or some sort of change so that there is a new telephone number but this number does not work either. I have been told that the problem should be fixed next week. Has anyone had any experiences with this warranty company lately since this change that I understand has taken place? I am hopeful that there is no problem, however I do want to get my latest problem fixed one way or the other.
