Hunter chain plate

Hunter 25.5 Kentucky Lake
I am restoring a Hunter 25.5. I do not know how the chainplates are to fasten to the bulkheads. The bulkheads I removed, not sure they were oem were notched around the chainplates but I have seen pictures that looked like the chainplates were bolted onto the v berth side. Anyone having original setup please advise. Thanks

Posting a few photos of the chain plates and bulkhead will be helpful. Also you might find more Hunter Owners over in the Hunter specific forum.
