I am considering buying a Hunter 456, the owner says that it is a 2006, but I cannot find any prices later than 2005. Does any one know what the last year was for the 456. Marlow-Hunter does not know??

Looks like 2005, although it's possible one could have slipped through into the next year or been a special order. What's the hull number?
Thanks for the info I dont know the hull number but I igured they bought it iin 06, it looks in great condition, just looking for a solid coastal crusier/liveaboard, do you have an opinion on the 456?
Why don't they make these anymore?
We originally wanted a late model 45CC (also no longer made) but the 456 is even better. We looked all over the US Boat show last week (Annapolis, Oct 2014) and there was nothing (save that Hylas 46). We're going to live aboard and THIS is the one.
I wanted to buy something new, but I'll have to settle for an '04 or '05 456. Hopefully, a good used one will hold me 'till I'm ready to go over the side in a weighted bag.
We are in love with this yacht! There's nothing like it out there today, except for the Hylas 46. (Which is VERY close to the 456, but pushing a million bucks.)Love the saloon (I can't touch the ceiling flat footed!), love the galley, proper cruising fridge and freezer (top load), LOVE the Master cabin!!! Love the Pullman (V berth). It is just an amazingly well laid out cruiser. Real closets. Lots of storage space.
