Hunter 45 wrap around window

I am looking at buying a hunter 45, but the wrap around window has separated from its seals in several areas causing large gaps. My question is, where is the water going that flows through the gaps? I see no interior damage or signs of leaks. Thanks Corey

Could simply run off onto the deck or could leak into the deck core. Should be simple to tell if there is any deck moisture or rot.
