Hunter 45 DS Teak

Hi, I am interested in a Hunter 45 DS, built in 2008. It has a non screwed teak deck. The owner ( the 3rd ) does not know if it is original. My question is: was there the possibility to buy a Hunter in 2008 with teak deck? And at that time was it screwed or glued? I don't want to buy a boat with a new teak deck which is glued over old holes of a screwed one. I am afraid of getting water damages with this old holes.
Is here anyone who knows something about that ?

Hunter didn’t install teak decking. It was definitely done post-production.
