I am seriously considering purchasing a 1998 Hunter 45' Center cockpit. This will be our last boat and will do a major upgrade work on her. Question: Any experience out there on specific areas and things myself and surveyor should look into pre-purchase that may be unique to this boat? I want to buy a "sound" vessel from which to upgrade...not spend big $$$ just to make it seaworthy. Thanks.
