Hunter 44DS and 426DS front head hatch measurement?

Hi guy's,

I'm about 1600 miles away from the boat and would like to have a new hatch made to bring with me to the boat. Hunter simply calls it a hatch size 10 which I have not been able to find online anywhere. If someone is closer to theirs I would appreciate the measurement of the hatch.

Hi Chris,

I have a 2007 44 DS. The outside measurements of that hatch are 13.5" x 13.5". And the inside measurements are 10.75" x 10.75".

Let me know if that is not what you need.

Thank you for your help, and the picture is worth another paragraph or two! The measurement I needed and thanks to your snap shot I think I have, is the length of the actual lens / plexiglass / Lexan. Which looks to be 10 3/4". This saves me a lot of time. Thanks again and I will try to stop by more often, if I can be of help let me know. I have a few thousand miles under the keel and have gotten to know and love these boats very much.
