I'm looking to upgrade to a 2009 Hunter 41DS and am looking for comments about the boat. Things people like, don't like, problems your having, things they got right, etc. (I have a 2005 Hunter 33 now)

Great boat, roomy and fast, but be aware that after 2007 you'll have a cast iron keel

I have had a 2004 41AC for 6 years on Lake Superior. Great boat. I sail single handed almost all the time. Only issues have all been routine like worn out sump pumps, and routine maintenance issues for the gen set and engine. Upgrade the fuel filters and you will be much happier! The 41 sails very well and has the room you need for having guests. I am still very happy with the boat and layout.
