Hunter 41DS entertainment breaker box?

I am tracing a wire on the entertainment circuit and found this box near the nav station and DC panel...not sure what it is! Is it another breaker? The little knobs are just soft rubber.

I think I answered my own question...yes they are breakers, that reset by pressing the rubber knobs.
