Hunter 41 Forward Hatch Hinges

Hi there,

New to the forum and just purchased a 2005 Legend 41. As with any purchase of a used boat lots of things need fixing. However when fixing they also seem to break even more.

The Bormar deck hatch over to forward heads needed tightening at the handle. I fully opened the hatch and the 2 plastic hinges have snapped.

Is it possible to buy these hinges and if so from where. I checked the shop and they only have the 22 inch hatch and the small hatch is the 13.5 inch

Any ideas?

Thanks - tried Hatchmasters and they said they can’t help. Spoke to the manufacturers and they would sell to me for £30GBP each and will take over 3 months to receiv.

So I have a great 3D printer, made CAD model and printed as I suspect more will go soon anyway
