About to buy a 1999 Hunter 380. The owner reviews posted are all great. Is the anything that I should be concerned about?

What did your marine surveyor uncover? Survey report should be a good starting point for any issues that need addressing.

I have a 2000 H380. Love the boat. Sails well.
What is the depth of the keel? Shoal draft will be a disappointment. Autopilot? Air conditioning?
Roller furling main? But, if the sail is original, it should be replaced. If the sail is baggy, it will not furl properly and may jam when trying to unfurl.

I just sold my 2004 fin-keel Hunter 386, which has the same layout and features. Very comfortable and nice sailing boat. As already pointed out a survey, in addition to a sea trial, will identify any issues to be concerned with a 20 year-old boat. For example, during the sea trial of my new sailboat I detected engine vibration at 2000 rpm, which turned out to be a hole in the prop due to corrosion. I subsequently obtained a repair allowance from the seller for a new prop. Be sure to check the condition of the thru-hull fittings and valves. If you purchase the sailboat request the owner to transfer the boat's MMSI number, assuming it has one, to you.
