Hunter 380 cunningham

Helping a friend with a recently purchased Hunter 380. There is not cunningham on the main, and it was absent on the deck diagrams included with the boat. Do these boats normally not have one, or is it simlpy missing. There is an empty eye at the base of the mast for attaching a block and a large grommet near the tack of the main that appear to be included for a conningham, yet there is not one. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? It certainly seems like the main trim would bennifit from one.

Cunningham

These boats were never set up for a Cunningham as equipped from Hunter. No reason you couldn't add one through.

I have not seen one with a Cunningham. However, I did set one up by using a multi-part purchase terminating at the reefing ring eyes on the mast. Works fine.
