Hi All: I have seen 2 different "advertised" weights for the h376 (380). Has anyone actually weighed the boat with rigging, batteries, stuff, etc. ? My marina does not have a scale built into the hoist. Thanks ........... Jeff

Heavier than I thought

My 1999 H380 weighed in at 18,000 lbs last spring with full water and fuel tanks along with all our canned goods, tools, etc. Advertised weight is 16,000 lbs, but our scale said we were heavier.

I did it

I have a h380 1999 and when I had an unexpected haulout when the boat was ready for a summer cruise with two weeks worth of stuff on board for four people, loaded fuel, water, no dinghy, waste empty, every storage area was full. We tipped the scales at 20,000 lbs. Bob Knott H380

Good Question-How do they figure?

Is the advertised weight "dry". Add 75 gallons of water, 30 gallons of fuel, waste, all the extra "stuff" we pack into the boat lockers, dinghy

How do they figure.... more

Bob: I was surprised how quickly the additional weight adds up. Just the 75 gallon water tank adds approx 600 pounds. Then batteries, fuel, 2 two hundred pound people, and on and on. i would gues my weight at 18,500. However, I don't know if Hunter includes the rig in their advertised weight. Jeff
