Hey sailors! Reaching out to the group to ask what brand and size the Hunter 37.5 uses.
I also need to replace the sleeves at the top of the mast. I wanted to hire a rigger, but finding someone in Hilton Head, SC seems impossible. I don’t have a problem climbing the mast, but will have to tie off at the top to replace the sleeves. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Hope you are all out there enjoying the water!

If you are going to replace the sheaves, in my opinion, you likely have other tasks that need inspection and refurbishing on the mast. Take the mast down and do the work from 3.5 feet above the ground. Safer and easier to get it right. If you drop a pin, you can find it again. Do the work right one time, and it will be good for another 10 plus years.

The mast was taken down in 2024. There was a lot of work done, but the sheeves were overlooked. I called Garhauer, was hoping someone had the measurements. I am 600 miles from the boat; guess I will wait a little longer. Thanks for your responses to my post.

I know about a long-distance romance with a boat. Not sure where the originals were purchased. I have found the folks at ZEPHYRWERKS to be an excellent source. They helped me when I needed new sheaves for my mast.

If your mast has a standard Isomat NG2 mast head Rig Rite has the dimensions for the mast head sheaves. NG2 Masthead Assembly

If your mast head looks like the one in the picture below, presumably a Hunter fabricated mast head, you're better off taking the mast down or finding a place that has a tall enough bucket lift to go up and remove the sheaves and measure what you have.
