I am planning to install A/C in my Hunter 37.5. It appears that the best location for the unit is under the athwartships settee behind the refrig with the thru hull to be installed under the sink. Am I correct? Where is the best location?

I just purchased a 1992 37.5 and it has the A/C installed there. The controls are on the side just above the far left ref.

Not sure about the best...
but mine is installed under the port settee ('93 37.5 with 19k btu King Air system). Separate water intake installed under the aft cabin floorboard, just across from the engine intake. Line snakes under the liner to the settee.
