Know anybody looking for a super deal on a H356.I just saw a listing for a good looking Navy blue 2002 Hunter 356 on Yachtworld, asking $48,500. Its a bank repo according to the listing.

One of those deals that sounds too good to be true.

anyone looking at this boat should get the full history and get a full survey and verify the title before getting serious - the repo could be in dispute in court and the title may not be clear. The arch is off, if the stern is not properly sealed water will get inside. Since the arch is usually sealed on with 5200, removing the arch can damage the deck - there are no stern pics on the listing... Also, the 356 only came in white;this hull has been painted - could be innocent, but could also be covering up repairs.
