I have recently taken possession of a 1983 Hunter 34, working name "30 years of neglect. The previous owener had wiring, red and black, running out of the engine compartment, over the cabin sole, to the DC panel to energize the DC ckts; apparently the panel went dead and this was a solution. I've opened the panel and the original #8 feeds, red and black are on the DC bus; they disappear up the tube behind the panel, into the liner on the port side.
I've been into every locker and accessible aperature on this boat and sure can't find them anywhere else!!!!
As I have neither manual or wiring diagram for the boat, can anyone give me an idea as to where these wires would go to pick up their 12v and ground feeds?
