I recently pulled the shaft on my 84 H34 and found out that it was 54.75 inches long instead of the 50.75 inches as mentioned in the specs listed on HOW. It probably was the original shaft as it was brass I got very lucky that the prop

Rigging sizes

I have a '77 Hunter 27. I have seen about four different values given for the mast height (and the associated I and P measurements). None of them match the spar on my boat. My I and P are almost exactly two feet shorter than the ones listed on this site. I just bought new sails. If I hadn't measured first, I would've been in trouble. Measure twice (thrice!), cut once. And don't depend on ANYONE else's measurements!!!
