Hi Eric,

Had the same problem and someone on HOW directed me to Robert Osaki at Joe's Racing . Not sure it is the same company mentioned by Steve. but what I received was perfectly machined in aluminum and came with plastic bushings for the levers.

Very little adjustment needed on my part to re-assemble the unit. Cost was $160 + shipping.

Here is the link: robert@joesracing.com

Good luck to you

extra comment- constance and Joe's seem to be related companies.
Remember to use a hex wrench to remove your old throttle side machine set screw from the old lever box- use it in the new lever box to load/stiffen and keep the throttle in position( throttle walk). don't over tighten when you insert in new housing.

I put a cast/machined aluminum one in on my '85 H-34 many years back; MUCH better than the old plastic one; don't remember who I bought it from, but it could have been Constance Machining.. I am glad that Robert over there is keeping the pattern/computer machining file !
