hunter 33 traveller mod?

anyone with the cherubini 33 ever modded the traveller to line control instead of the dummy stops? i cant stand the stock system ive gotta have better control over the traveller car its driving me insane.

I was happy with mine until I saw this.... My only complaint is that is seems I have to lubricate the car/track every couple of months.

Replaced mine with a Garhauer. They will make a custom length. Went to 6:1 on the mainsheet at the same time. Replaced the teak base with PlasTeak.

did you rig that track car crontrol with a continuous line? also are the controls tall enough to clear the seat while leaving the track flush to keep from stubbing toes?

Yes and yes. The lockers cannot be opened with the car over the lid however.

k, thanks for the info, i talked to the guy at garhauer a while back and he wants me to send pics to be able to fab something up. how much did that rig cost you if you dont mind me asking?

Around $500. because it was extra long on my H37C, six feet instead of their standard size.
