Talking about the twin keel ?
Chris, the twin keel is only available in GB so you may not get any information here. Sailing Today did a direct comparison between the 290 bilge keel and a fin keel 290 a couple of years ago. As I recall there was negligible difference in speed and pointing ability. You might check with Sailing Today for a copy of that write up.
