Has anyone experienced a leak at the partition between the aft cabin and the holding and fuel tanks. Water seems to be working its way from the cockpit and collecting in a well just above the removable wood partition. Any ideas?

when does it leak

I had leak from behind bulkhead only when motoring on my 2001-290 it was the hull to deck joint ,they missed a small part with sealant and was under warranty. Does it leak always or just when sailing or motoring if so you must take the bulkhead off and try different things. Try running a water hose all over while some one looks for the leak and do same while sailing and motoring.

Check the screws...

that hold the cockpit floor down. At least on my 340 I found they were just self tapping screws that had been screwed through the deck with no caulking. When it rained water would drip right through the cockpit into the liner above the aft berth. It's an easy fix with a few dabs of sealant...

Luckily the leak is only after heavy rain. I'll try checking all screws as suggested. Thanks.

There was a post some time ago

About the sheet wells not being fully sealed, a couple of folks responded that this seemed to fix thier problems. Regards. Bruce Neon Moon
