I was out on my 1998 Hunter 310 this past weekend and the traveler car (Harken) started to seize up. The Torlon balls were getting out from under the car through a gap and jamming between the car and the track. I would free a ball, and then another would escape through this hole. I have found "rebuild" kits online, but cannot tell from the descriptions/photos if this will solve my problem or I need a new car. It appears that my endcaps are intact, but the gap is where the endcap meets the linear opening in the bottom (where you can see the balls from below). I am also a bit confused as to what I would replace it with as the new Harken cars look completely different from mine. (pic attached)
