For anyone that may be interested in replacing the fix windows on your 1983-87 Hunter 31 or Hunter 34. Mark Plastics in Southern California has the direct replacements available. The prices are as follows: Hunter 31 $180 ea. Hunter 34 $80 ea for Aft Window and $120 ea for Forward Window. These prices do not include shipping and packaging. For any of the So. Cal. boaters you can go to their office and just pick them up. The phone number of Mark Plastics is 909/735-7705. Tell Mark that you heard about them on the HOW website.

Several Designs

I'm aware of at least three different window design during the five year production run. I had all four of mine reglazed for my '83 h34 at a local glass shop for under $100. Barry

Barry: I think that you had metal frames on your H'34. They also made the H'31 like this for a while. Then they went to plastic framed windows. The price that I got from them includes new frames. I think that Mark Plastics has also redesigned the frame on the window so it is flusher. The plastic frame protruded out from the cabin. But $100 sure beats these prices. I guess if you need frames too, their prices aren't too bad.

Fixed ports

Last year we had two tinted plexiglas ports made to match the existing ones (1986 H31), at a local plastic fabricator's for a total of $28.

Not just the window.

These units include the new, redesigned outside frame, new window and new inside trim.
