I'm going to install spreader boots on my Hunter 30 lower spreaders. Does anyone know the width of the lower spreaders? Thanks.

my 1988 30-2 lower spreader measures 2 1/4 inch wide 1 1/4 thick, now that is the outside boot measurement. my mast is down and at home so feel free to ask any questions. hope this helped.
When I replaced mine Rigrite wanted the width of the spreader extrusion, not the end where the trailing edge had been tapered to look cool.
Does anyone make boots to conform to spreaders that are not round? They never fit quite right on the Hunter spreader tips.
Seriously? I will do that. My mast is coming down after the season for some rewiring so I want to take advantage of it.
