As owners know, the door that devides the passageway between the main cabin and the head on the 30 "slides" on a stationary top track with two plastic rollers affixed to the door with steel mounts. After decades of reliable operation, my door started jumping out of the track occasionally 3 years ago. I can quickly and easily replace it in it's track, but last season the thing started to do it whenever any one less then 15 years old (or 5 ft tall) pushed the door closed. It appears the roller mounts have been bent so many times that they only require the slightest angular force to deform them and allow the roller/s to jump the track. Has anyone found replacements or another solution that keeps the kids from having to yell and scream profusely at their Dad because his old broken boat is causing them painful delays in obtaining the privacy they require quite urgently?
