Are you sure?

That is one tough undertaking. Do you know that you can just buy pieces/parts? Pretty sure that your portlights are the same as those on my H37C, just fewer of them. The small ones I call 5x12 and the large ones 7x14. But you will want to measure. The measurements are to the outside edge of the spigot(the frame not the trim ring, see picture) in each direction. The spigot size is the size of the hole. Then call Thrifty Mariner with those numbers, he'll know exactly what you need. And he can tell you about pieces/parts. Portlight replacement

Here is a link to a port replacement article I submitted a while back. Your ports are the same as for the other Cherubinis

replaced all ports on my 79 Hunter

On my 1979 Hunter I had to replace all the ports as they leaked and were broken. After looking at the market and my pocket book, I went with Gray as original factory replacement. I went direct to their site but found they sold above list because of dealer network. I went through Boat US which discounted the ports. The instructions were to measure the highth and width of the inside trim ring and order in smoke or clear. I went with the smoke plastic version. The old ports came out without much trouble after removing the screws which I saved and re-used. They did not come out in one piece. I had extensive rot under the main cabin ports which I used the west system to fill. I did this in August of last year which I do not recommend because it was hot as hell. The West system cooked and the blue masking tape started to smoke. I thought I set the boat on fire. The new ports went right in the space from the previous ports but I had to fill and re-cut the drain channels. I used one of those roto zip drills to do this which I recommend you purchase if you do not have one. During the fit, I taped plastic over the outside of the removed ports to let them dry out after removal and before filling with epoxy. If you need a picture, email me at imcgain@hortnet.com Good luck Ian
