Put this up on the Hunter owner modifications please so the rest of us can dream what we should have done to our 30's.
Ian McGain, How do we do that?

Peck, I will take pictures of my table (made from brasilian mahogany) next time I get to the boat so you can appreciate the look of wood, maybe your veneer option.

I Nereussailor,

Yes, I used the original full piano hinge from the old table.

Yes, there is a slinding door as you can see on the picture bellow:

Well that explains a lot. besides missing half of my table, I'm also missing a door. The PO put hinges on the door going between the head and main salon which I believe is really the door that was between the V-berth and head. the other door is MIA. Are the original tables made completely of teak, or are there other woods involved?

Nereus-
You got it right - two doors. A hinged door between v-berth and head, and a slider between head and salon.

On my 1980 H30, the table is teak veneer on plywood, with teak trim on the edges.

Thanks Gary, It looks like I have a lot of work ahead of me if I can't find an H30 that's being scrapped out.

Looks great!!!
Not sure if you did the floor, but be careful that wood will warp and come up on you. Try a nice piece of teak and holly. Looks great and will stand up to the test of time.
Very impressive.

Thank you
Floor is vinyl I put it when we purchase boat everything was green and floor I couldn't walk on that
But that was bad idea glue can't handle moisture and heat
I will put carpet with snaps and sew edge to have better custom shape
