Hunter 270 Wing Keel Trailer

I recently acquired a a 2000 Hunter 270 wing keel, upgraded from my H26 and the boat is great but the trailer came without a winch post / ladder assembly.
I could acquire a new winch post / ladder from a Magictilt dealer in Florida but the shipping costs for a 7 foot long piece to Canada are prohibitive. Even the dealer suggested I have one made up locally.
I was hopping one of you with the 260 / 270 wing keel could get a few basic measurements of your winch post/ ladder to get me started.
I few pictures from different angles would also be helpfull.

Here's a couple of shots from a trailer I rebuilt to fit our 2004 H260 WB. Almost all bow/winch structure is U bolted to the trailer neck and the winch height is adjusted to align with the bow eye. Scavenge around to find galvanized stock the right dimensions and have a fabricator weld it up. Build it strong and you won't be disappointed. I'd get some dimensions off my trailer but they'd be irrelevant to your 260 w/keel. Better pics can be taken if it'd help.
