An h27 is easily cooled by a 5K BTU window unit in the companionway. Get one with manual fan and temperature controls in case in the future you decide to run it off a generator. Would not recommend a built in unit that may cost as much as 50% of the value of the boat, it is just not a wise investment. Besides there is not much room to work with. If you do not use the storm berth you may install a 1.7CF refrigerator in there.
