I'm not sure what it is you wish to know. I have a new Hunter 27 with roller furling main and jib. With the 18 hp Yanmar diesel it cruises around 5.5 with a feather 3 blade prop, handles chop and wake well, is rather lively and is easy to steer and control.
Under sail she is very pleasant and easily handled. The main is large but the main sheet is easy to move and adjust. The jib is rather small compared to other boats--this is easily a three quarter rig--but very easy to tack. We were especially looking for that characteristic as we're both in our mid seventies. We have really enjoyed the sailing aspect of this boat. And under sail we have done as fast as 6.9 to 7.0 knts. She is a good sailer.
So far the only negative that I have is that is has a high freeboard. I dock among a number of other 25 to 30 foot sail boats and we're at least a foot taller then any of them. Jumping down to the dock is not my strong suite. I'll have to get a step stool or something to make it easier to get off at the dock.
The interior suits us well as we plan only short overnighters and daysailing. It is the only boat in my part of the marina that has 6'2" headroom--a surprise to many that come aboard. We enjoy the main salon and find it has plenty of storage space.
It is a small boat but that is what we wanted (we had a Hunter 380 previously). If you have more questions e-mail me. I'm not sure I understand this web site at the moment. Hope this helps.
We bought a 2008 model in April and have enjoyed it thoroughly all summer on Lake Michigan! Agree with all Les' points, but the high freeboard is a plus for us as we used to have to practically parachute down to our C22 from our dock!
