Hunter 26 racing-Water Ballasted

I interested in joining in or inviting owners of 26Hs or 260s, water ballasted boats, for racing and general good fun at the Lake Charles Yacht Club, Lake Charles, Louisiana. Not organized

There is no organized racing fleet. However, trailerable owners sometimes get together for a cruise from time to time. There aren't many H26 racers.Markdb

Rating on 260

I have a 260 and am active in our club races. The Portsmith (sp) rating on the 260 is between 89 and 91 depending on the wind. This makes it a FAST boat. I cannot sail to this rating and wonder how this boat ever got rated so high(low)? Hope you guys can shed some light on this subject...
