Does anyone have a water ballast H26 owners manual or brochure. I am looking for information such as towing vehicle requirements,etc. Seems to be little available. There's tons on the MacGregor 26X.

To tow a h26

You need a vehicle capable of towing 6,000 pounds or more -- weight of boat without water ballast = 3,000; plus trailer of about 2500.Most manufacturers can tell what in their line will handle such a load.Agree: oil cooler and trailering package

H26 Manual

I have a H26 Manual for my '96. It actually covers the 19,23.5 and the 26. If you send me a mailing address, I'd be more than happy to copy it for you.It does not have a specific section on trailering requirements.I also beleive you can get a re-print from Hunter.I tow mine with a Montero Sport, rated for 5K pounds. I have had no problems so far, although it took me a while to get my trailer adjusted properly.
