Hunter 25.5 table conversion

Hello -

I just bought a 1984 Hunter 25.5. Is there any trick to folding the dinette table and converting into a bed? The interior is in like new condition and looks unmodified, but the table does not seem to fit logically to mate with the opposing bench seats. Any direction is appreciated.

Hey Will, I have a 25.5, a bit weathered but in ok shape. The table has two long boards on the underside, lift it out of the slots on the shelf and fold the leg under. With the cushions removed set the table down and the long slim boards should fit in between the two benches. Yes, the table then is higher than the rest of the area....I haven't had it like that enough to worry about that technicality.
