Wow, "Made in Spain". Don't think I have ever seen that before. I didn't think that they made anything in Spain 
I've seen "Sail Speed" hardware in other places on the H23, but I can't remember exactly where at the moment
Is there any model number or other identification on it? Would be nice to note the original part number for future reference.. I found that a Harken bullet block, P/N #088 is a good replacement though.
