I have a h23 still hanking mine on , from what I have learned from websites on the cdi you use link plate or jumper to get it out of the anchor locker, then have a new forestay made shorter, I know verylittle about this and only answer ed because no one else did , I wash hoping for some info and was glad u posted it, good Luck MIke Bacome
