I have seen the www.rigrite.com site, but they don't seem to want to talk to anyone.

I need a few parts. Does anyone have suggestions?

I really need a jib halyard sheave. Could be off to Don's Salvage in Pinellas Park if needed.

Thanks!
Dave

Have you tried contacting U.S. Spars? They have parts for the Z-spar mast that was used for a few years on the H23 (the Z-Spar Z190), and while they might not have the identical part used on the Francespar, they might be able to provide a suitable replacement. Otherwise, I would continue trying to contact rig-rite.. if you could at least get the mfg/part number, you might be able to find another supplier.

Cheers,
Brad

US Spars is basically Z Spar product and I will not discuss the reason why Z Spar is not here anymore but those folks can help you. I am up in the mountians repairing daysailor fleets for the boy scouts. Please look them up in the Gainesville, Florida directory for their phone number.

I've shopped with Rig-Rite for years and highly recommend them. Their web catalog isn't the easist to nagivate but they do have the parts. In fact I replaced my mast sheaves this year for my H22 and bought the parts from Rig-Rite.

If you can remove the sheave from the block, then just take the old sheave to West for a replacement. I just had to replace a broken sheave for my 23.5 jib halyard. the axle around which the sheave rotates was easily pressed out of the plastic housing which fits in the mast. The replacement sheave was a $3.00 part, which was easily installed in the housing and then the housing replaced in the mast. EZPZ.
