Hunter 23.5 trailers

The reviews at this site for the 23.5 suggest that it came with an under-engineered trailer that couldn't be trusted for serious over-road travel. Did Hunter later beef up the trailer for say, the 240's? If not, is there a better after-market trailer that one could buy for a 23.5?

Add an Axle

I added a second axle to mine and it is fine. All of the trailers I have seen for the 240 are the same as the one under my 95 23.5.

Tandem Trailer

I felt the same way about the trailer that comes with the 23 foot Hunter. Tongue weight distribution is poor at best. And Hunter knows it. I talked with them today and did get the name od an after market tandem trailer.
