Not familiar with your boat, but you may check
under "Boat Info" for the specs of your model. A center board and keel are two different components. The keel usually carries the ballast and the center board is to facilitate pointing ability when sailing upwind. A swing keel may do both. Hope this helps.Leaking center board or swing keel trunks are usually a factor of wear and tear and materials fatigue. A few groundings may also contribute. There is really not a maintenance routine attached to them. Because of the difficulty of accessing them most sailors wait until a problem arises before doing any repairs. Years ago I used to sailed a boat all the time with 2-3 inches of water in the sole. A manual pump was my best friend. At anchor it would not leak, just underway. The swing keel pin was fine and it did not leak through the stop bolt. I finally decided to lay some epoxy around the base of the front of the trunk and let it seep into the hairline cracks and dry. It did not stop the leak but reduced it by 90% which had me happy.Good luck.
