My 2013 Hunter 22 with swing keel has a pin to support a roller for the steel cable to lift the keel - and that is bend. Has anybody a source to get a replacement?

Get adequate measurements for the pin, Length X Diameter. Also measurements for Location and diameter size of the small Ring holes. Go to a machine shop and have them fabricate one out of stainless steel. Is the bent pin creating a problem for the roller in operating the winch mechanism? If not, I would be in no hurry to replace that pin.
