Does anyone know what the max luff (P) dimension is for a hunter 22, 1981 sail boat. I can't get to the boat to mearsure mine. I thought I mearsured 23.5 ft. but I just want to confirm for some sails I am thinking of getting. My old hunter sails mearsure only 22.5 ft actual. Thanks Jim

H22 P dimension

I am looking at the H22 manual and you are right on; it says P(Mainsail luff) = 23'6" I did a measurement off my old sail and came up several inches shorter also so I went with the shorter measurement of 22'9" just to be safe mike

Thanks. That agrees with with what I thought. When I sailed the boat last summer, It was difficult to get an accurate perspective of how much free space there was between the head and the top of the mast. Thanks for your help Jim
