I have been having problems with my Hunter 216 Hydraulic Integrals. I have a fleet of 3 2006 216s which have been needing their integrals rebuilt annually. They are moored every season and kept with the center board up when they are not in use due to the current. Typically all three integrals will not last the season and need to be rebuilt either because of oil loss or repeated airlock. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

Rebuilt, or just adding oil? I've had my 2004 for a half-dozen years and only now had to add oil. Spoke with the integral factory last year, and they said it's about due for a rebuild ($300?), but I'll put it off for another year or so as the occasional air lock is not severe or often, even with low oil this last season. We have similar weather to RI, but normally either trailer most of the season or leave docked -- no pressure on the hydraulics for most of the time other than beaching or trailer lifts. Who rebuilt these for you - local shop or factory?
