Merc 6 HP for WB 19
I have found a Merc 6 HP to be more than enough for my Hunter WB 19. I did make the mistake of buying it with the stock prop. It pretty much just sat there and did nothing. I had to spend another $ 100+ on a "power" prop which is designed to push a big displacement hull. I now seldom need anything more than half throttle.

do not use anythng over a 5 hp motor. If you do, too much power, weight, cost and so forth. A four stroke 4 hp is also good. I know the boat and tried various motors on it. Crazy Dave Condon

Please, 21.2 information
I am very interested in the 21.2 but have found very little information about the boat. I would like to know a bit about how it sails in 10 to 20 knot winds in open ocean. average wind speed about 12 knots. I am the type that wont buy something until I here about how it sails from someone familiar with the boat. Any information would be appreciated, Thanks, Dave Lang
