Newly subscribed to the forum and restoring a 1988 Hunter 18.5. Looking for any advice or feedback along those lines, but specifically wondering if Hunter 19 (later version of the 18.5) and Hunter 18.5 parts are interchangeable? Thanks.

The 18.5 is a wing bulb keel while the 19 is a water ballast sailboat. If you’re talking hardware, it depends on application. What is it you’re trying by do @Makai Green Harbor ?
Hi Dave. Thank you for responding. Mostly looking to replace rigging. Spreaders, shrouds, turnbuckles, etc. Found a spreader that I need but it is labelled as being from a 19. Looks identical to 18.5 version but was hoping to confirm before buying it.
