About to pull our Hunter for a bottom painting and hull waxing. Wondering if anyone has secrets to bringing out the color stripping at the waterline. Ours is a '05 and the red stripe has oxidized and faded. Last time tried wetsanding which helped some, but it turned dull fairly quickly after that. Any info would be much appreciated.

early last year i found somewhere on this forum a detailed set of instruction s on how to do this - i think it could have been a post by Maine sail_but it was GREAT- i followed the directions and got a wonderful result- i just did a quick search and couldnt find it, but hopefully somone will be able to direct you to this link!
