I am new to sailing and I am wondering if I can determine who the previous owners were of a Cat 22 based on the hull number? Thanks Greg

Doubtful

I don't believe your state marine board will give out that information. The only way to track that info is if the boat is documented with the USCG

Catalina may have the info

Catalina may have a list, as I know they keep a file on each hull they produce. If the previous owners registered, it should be in the file. I don't know if Catalina would share the information with you, you'd have to ask them.
