Hey Bob! I have a '73 C27 and the hull number is found on the small metal plate on the transom coaming. It should be engraved on it. If you have the original sail, it's also on there - I speak from experience!

Hi Bob, I had a 77 Catalina 27 and the Hull ID# was located on the stern of the boat, just under the rub rails on the starboard side.
